Questions, answered straight.

What local businesses ask us before they launch: what it costs, how long it takes, what we need from you, and how getting found on Google and AI search actually works.

What we do

One team for the whole launch: your website, your Google presence, and your AI search visibility, built to work together from day one.

Websites

Fast, custom websites for local service businesses, built to turn searches into phone calls. You own your website, your domain, and your content. No lock-in.

Local SEO

Your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and the service pages Google needs to show you in Maps and local results, kept current every month.

AI Search

Customers now ask ChatGPT and Google AI who to call. Every site we build is structured so those tools can read your business and cite it in their answers.

Our mission

Your time is the one thing you cannot buy more of.

Every hour you spend fighting a website, chasing a lead you missed, or wondering why Google is not showing you is an hour off the work that actually pays. Our mission is to hand that time back: you run your business, we handle everything online.

Why is my business not showing up on Google?

Usually one of a few fixable reasons. Your Google Business Profile may not be claimed or verified yet. Your business info — name, phone, hours, services — may be missing, wrong, or inconsistent across the web. Your website may not clearly say what you do and where you do it. Or competitors near you simply have stronger profiles and more reviews, so Google shows them first. And sometimes it's just newness: a new business or website can take a while to get picked up. The fix starts with finding which of these it is — that's the first thing we check.

How much does local SEO cost?

Honest answer: it depends. Your market, your competition, and how much work your online presence needs all change the number — a business in a quiet town needs less than one fighting ten competitors in a big city. That's why there's no generic price tag here: pricing is set on a quick call, after we've actually looked at your business, so you only pay for what you need.

How long does SEO take to work?

SEO is a build, not a switch. Most businesses start seeing movement in the first few months — showing up for more searches, more calls from Google — with stronger results building over three to six months and beyond. Anyone who promises you page one by next week isn't being straight with you; Google doesn't run on anyone's schedule. What you get from us is steady work every month and a report showing exactly what changed.

What is local SEO?

It's how a business gets found by people nearby who are ready to hire. When someone searches “plumber near me” or opens Google Maps, local SEO is what decides which businesses show up. It covers your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your website clearly stating your services and service areas, and your business information being consistent everywhere it appears online. Regular SEO is about the whole internet — local SEO is about your own backyard, where your customers actually are.

Is SEO worth it for a small business?

For most local service businesses, yes. Your customers are already on Google searching for exactly what you do, usually at the moment they need it. Showing up right then is the most valuable visibility there is — and unlike ads, it doesn't stop the second you stop paying. The honest exception: if all your work comes from one referral source and you're already booked solid, you may not need it. If you want the phone to ring more, this is where it comes from.

Can I do SEO myself?

The basics, yes — and you should. Claim and completely fill out your Google Business Profile, keep your hours and info accurate, ask happy customers for reviews, and make sure your website clearly lists your services and the areas you serve. Where it gets hard is the ongoing part: knowing which changes actually move the needle, doing them every month, and reading the data to adjust. Most owners would rather spend those hours on the work they're paid for. That's the part we take off your plate.

Do I need a website if I have a Facebook page?

Yes — they do different jobs. Facebook is great for staying in touch with people who already know you, but you don't own it: your reach changes whenever Facebook feels like it, and people searching Google for a service near them mostly click businesses with real websites. Your website is the one place online you fully control — it shows up in Google search and Maps, takes inquiries and bookings around the clock, and makes you look established next to a competitor who only has a social page.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what your business needs: how many pages, what it has to do, and how much has to be built from scratch. That is why there are three packages matched to the size of the job instead of one flat number. Your exact price is set on a quick call, after we have looked at your business, so you are never paying for things you do not need — and never getting a surprise bill later.

How long does it take to get my website live?

The whole process is structured for speed: pick a package, send your content with the brief builder, and we build. Most of the waiting in website projects is chasing content, so the brief collects everything upfront in one pass. Once we have what we need, builds move fast, and you see the site before it goes live.

What do you need from me to start?

The basics of your business: your business name and contact details, your services, the areas you serve, your hours, and any logo or photos you already have. The project brief walks you through it step by step, and if you do not have a logo or professional photos yet, do not let that stop you — tell us on the call and we will work with what you have.

I already have a website. Can you replace it?

Yes, most clients come to us with an old site that is not bringing in calls. We look at what you have, keep anything worth keeping, and rebuild the rest. Your current site stays live until the new one is ready, so there is no gap where customers cannot find you.

What happens after my website launches?

A website is the start, not the finish. Monthly add-ons keep it working: instant texts when a lead comes in, a text back when you miss a call, Google profile care, a review engine that asks happy customers for reviews, online booking, and social media management. Pick only what you need, or take Launch Everything and have all of it handled.

What is Launch Everything?

It is the bundle: any website package, Launch, Launch+, or Launch Pro, plus every monthly add-on included. Instead of picking services one at a time, everything is covered from day one — leads answered instantly, missed calls texted back, your Google profile kept fresh, reviews coming in, booking and social handled.

Do you only work with businesses near you?

No. We work with local service businesses across the US. Everything is handled online and over the phone, so your site gets built the same way whether you are across town or across the country.

Will my website show up on Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT?

Every site we build is structured so search engines and AI tools can actually read it: clear service pages, the areas you serve, real answers to the questions customers ask, and the technical files search engines and AI crawlers look for. Nobody honest can promise a ranking, and we will not either. What we promise is that the setup is done right, so you can be found and cited instead of invisible.
